Shuffle log in

Login issues are usually one of a handful of things. Here's how to fix the common ones.

How to log in

1. Go to the Shuffle site and select log in.
2. Enter the email and password you registered with.
3. Complete any two-factor check if you've enabled it on your account.

Forgot your password

Use the password reset link on the log-in page. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam before contacting support.

Account locked or restricted

Accounts can be temporarily locked after repeated failed log-in attempts, or restricted pending verification. Contact Shuffle support directly through live chat for account-specific issues.
