A VIP tier is a marketing wrapper for one number: how much of your loss the operator returns. Every other perk on the page is decoration around that number. Read the rakeback rate, ignore the tier name.
Bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, black diamond, whale, cosmic. The names get more absurd as the tier climbs, but the only thing that changes materially is the rakeback percentage. Somewhere in the terms, each tier has a number attached to it. Find that number and compare it directly across operators. Everything else is either a birthday gift, a personal host on Telegram, or a physical trinket that costs the operator less than one night of your play.
Rakeback is a percentage of the house edge returned to you as credit or cash. A 10% rakeback rate means for every dollar the operator wins from you on expected value, they give you ten cents back. Cashback returns a percentage of your net loss over a defined period, usually daily or weekly. Rakeback returns a percentage of the house edge on every wager. The two are not interchangeable. Cashback pays only when you lose. Rakeback pays every time you bet, win or lose. Rakeback is the better structure for anyone who plans to bet regularly and win some of the time.
Every high-tier VIP program has a personal host attached, either on Telegram, WhatsApp, or through a dedicated email inbox. The host is the human interface between you and the risk desk. When you get too good, the host is the person who walks you through why your limits just dropped, why your withdrawal is under review, or why the operator has decided you should try a different product. Rakeback rates on the operators we cover generally climb from 5% at entry tiers to 15-20% at the top. Stake and Shuffle publish tiered rakeback structures with the clearest documentation. Roobet and Rainbet run less transparent VIP programs where the rate is discussed with your host rather than posted publicly. Ask the operator for the rakeback percentage attached to your current tier and the next one. Ignore the tier names. Compare the numbers side by side across the books you use. If the operator won't put a number in writing, that is your answer about how the program is actually run.
